What to know
A camper medical form must be filled out for each camper turning in medications to be dispensed during the week. The form should be placed in a ziploc bag along with the medications.

Important: All medications MUST be in their original container. Prescription meds must be prescribed to the camper.

Important: All medications, including inhalers and Epipens, must be current. No expired medications.
​
In case of serious injury or illness, the health supervisor will call the parent to determine if the camper should be taken off campus to a doctor or hospital​. Parents will be asked to meet the church leader and camper, if necessary, at the doctor's office or hospital.

Electronics
Including but not limited to: cell phone, AirPods, TV, handheld video games, etc.
Note: Cell phones at camp are strongly discouraged, but are at the discretion of the leader.
Weapons
Guns, knives, etc.
Miscellaneous
No fireworks, shaving cream, skateboards, roller blades or scooters, vapes, etc.
What
To Bring
Bible
Please send a Bible that does not have sentimental value. Bibles are often lost or damaged at camp.
Shoes
Athletic shoes with closed toes are required during all recreation times. Shoes must be worn to and from the pool areas.
Clothing
​Clothing must be modest. T-shirts and shorts can be worn to all activities. Boys should wear shirts at all times except when in the pool. Swim suits should be covered going to and from the pools. For young ladies - skorts should not be worn on the ropes course as they do not provide coverage when harnesses are worn.
Swimwear
For girls: no bikinis or revealing swimwear. The midriff must be covered. One piece or tankinis are permitted. Shirts or coverups should be worn to and from the pool.
For Boys: no cut-offs or revealing swimwear. Shirts should be worn to and from the pool.
Bedding
Bedding for a twin-sized bed, pillow, and blanket or sleeping bag.
Personal Items
One shower towel, one pool towel, shampoo, soap, toothbrush,toothpaste, feminine products, sunscreen, bug spray, and any other toiletries.
Reusable water bottle, also available for purchase in camp store.

Send your camper money without having to worry about them losing it! A trip to the pool is easier without carrying a wallet or other cash. Send one or more—each waterproof bracelet is worth $10 and can be used at the Mt. Lebanon Gifts & Gear shop and Canteen locations only (No cash value. Cannot be used for merch sold by camp guests. A variety of great shirts ($15), hats($25-50), sweatshirts($25-50), mugs($10), bracelets($5), and other gear is available onsite only—no shipping at this time. Plus, shaved ice and other great snacks($.50-5)! No refunds on Camp Cash Bracelets. You can send additional cash during the week on the Mt Lebanon website.
Download and complete the order form and turn it and the payment in with your registration forms or bring it with your camper for drop-off.
